Talk about a disappointment!!!!!
She stars in one of the most fashionable shows on television and this is what Gossip Girl star Blake Lively decides to show up in at Monday night’s Costume Institute Gala?
The night was themed “Superheroes: Fashion And Fantasy.” Which superhero ever boasted rhinestone-studded gloves and feathered hemlines?
We expected a whole lot more than this boring strapless Chanel couture creation from the upper East Side Manhattan mode mistress.

That dress needs to be worn by someone MUCH taller and MUCH thinner. This Blake person has not got the sophistication needed to carry off that gown. She looks like a trailer park girl trying to be glamorous.

I know most poeple think this girl is pretty but I don’t find her attractive at all and the gossip girl show? Kinda boring.

I think the dress is just gorgeous and I love that she is wearing gloves! It may be a little boring, but her style seems to be very Upepr East Side classics and this look fits the bill perfectly!

I love the outfit, but this Blake girl cannot pull it off. Her posture sucks and she looks very insecure in it. I also would have preferred her hair completely swept up, and neatly.
