Aussie hunk Hugh Jackman spent his weekend off work with his kids, 7-year-old Oscar and 22-month-old Ava, at a local park in his native hometown of Sydney.
The 38-year-old star is currently Down Unda’ shooting Baz Luhrmann’s ‘Australia’ and it appears he isn’t going anywhere soon. Along with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and their adopted kids, the family will be embarking on a 3 1/2-month-long vacation in the Australian outback once his film has wrapped. According to Hugh, the experience will be both authentic and unforgettable.
‘At times we’ll be in tents, we’ll be out on Aboriginal land, there’ll be crocodiles…My son just turned seven, my daughter is almost two — she’ll forget it, but my son never, ever will.’
Spending the entire summer with arguably the hottest 30something-year-old actor in showbiz? Saying it will be an unforgettable experience is perhaps the understatement of the year.

Arasto - question - why the need to called the children “their adopted kids?” I’m sure it is factual and probably reported at the time of the adoption but now they’re just his kids, why the distinction?
It’s not like it’s offensive to stay that they’re his adopted kids. It’s a fact. And I didn’t even know his children were adopted, so I’m glad I do now. Adoption is a wonderful thing :). Stop trying to be so excessively politically correct.
