Agree Arasto. Looks very chic and modern on Victoria. However on Haylie it looks a bit dull. VB definitely works it better.

I don’t see how anybody could be possibly saying Haylie over Victoria. I don’t think Haylie is attractive at all and she’s one of those people who doesn’t appear to have any style of her own, she just copies what everyone else is wearing and what is ‘cool’ at the time. Victoria on the other hand has fabulous personal style and she knows how to make her whole outfit just look perfect from head to toe!
It’s very easy to see here just how much of Victoria’s style is the woman herself. What looks like a rather boring, basic black dress with very ho-hum accessories on Haylie becomes absolutely ultra-chic on Victoria.
The fit on Victoria’s dress is amazing (thanks to a great tailor, I’m sure), the length is perfect. That cardigan is inspired–but it would look grannyish on anyone else. The bag is fabulous, the gloves are a great touch (could anyone else get away with them? I doubt it.) No other accessories except for a great pair of shades, and voila–you have perfection. Victoria-style perfection.
