In its second annual “Sexiest Stars” issue, TV Guide spotlights 24 television personalities who embody, in one form or another, this most elusive of qualities.

Grey’s Anatomy’s Patrick Dempsey and Ghost Whisperer’s Jennifer Love Hewitt each grace a collectible cover.

    JLH must have blown every editor at TV Guide to get that cover and title. She was sexy-ish at best, 5 or 6 years ago. Now she’s just pushing 30 with a dumpy ass. What a joke.

    Those two should NOT be the sexiest and be on the cover! Hell, the other two guys on Greys Anatomy (justin chamber and eric), I could understand one of them being on the cover!

    she’s cute but i think there are plenty other SEXIER women on tv. her saving grace are her boobs.
    patrick dempsey is fine on the cover… at least he is sexy.

    Jennifer Love Hewitt is beautiful, nice, charming and sexy !!
    She took weight, so what ? This is not the shame, and a woman lean or very thin is not = sexy woman.
    Upgrade in your head and your attitudes.
    Exept, if you prefer Nicole Richie or Paris Hilton -> Women wand.

    In short, Jennifer Love Hewitt is sexy and much more beautiful that some celebrities superficial and wrong.

    I don’t find Patrick Dempsy attractive at all. Then again I don’t like Hugh Jackman or Jude Law either. I would much rather have seen Christopher Meloni on the cover.
