Admittedly, we were skeptical. Jennifer Aniston? With John Mayer? It just couldn’t be!

Well, folks, pictures don’t lie. Only publicists do.

Check out these snaps courtesy of InTouch of the happy couple in Miami on April 23. The tanned twosome reportedly hung out at a $3000-a-night hotel room while Jen was busy filming Marley & Me.

So, how serious is this? The couple was reportedly “inseparable over the long weekend.”‘

Our thoughts? Do we approve of Jen’s latest beau?

    I don’t think it will last but i would be SOOO HAPPY for Jen. Sadly, she and Cameron Diaz have bad taste in men. Or should i say boys?

    SEEING THAT HE WAS ALL A LONE IN PHOTOS TODAY.. I WOULD SAY IT WAS A WAY TO GET THE PAPARAZZI OFF JEN.. BY SAYING THAT SHE IS DATING SOMEONE…SHE HAS BEEN LINKED TO PEOPLE THAT SHE JUST MET..

    Disco Dave and Daisy, I say you’re both wrong. I say SHE bone’s him and then dumps him. Though, that would be contrary to her track record. Still… maybe she’s learned how to own her shit by now. Would be awful if she got played by this young boy toy.

    What’s with all the recycling that happens in the Hollywood dating pool? Are the pickings really that slim for a single woman out there? Why does Aniston need Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt’s sloppy seconds? Can’t she do better than that? Unless, she’s just getting serviced (as several of you have alluded to in your posts).

    Her true nature has been revealed, she sleeps around. Doubt that she gives a thought about Brad and Angie as according to SCrowe Jen dumped Brad because she was not happy with him. She has been linked to that key grip from Canada, he said they were still seeing each other to E! just last week, and before that the Paul guy and VinceV. It’s all OK she is a free agent. But John Mayer is a player, he likes to blog all about his sex life.

    I think that people just assume that every relationship that celebs have is serious. I’m sure they have sex buddies and casual flings just like the rest of us! This is probably the case with Jen and John, although there is certainly the possibility that they are just friends. I mean it’s not like these photos really prove otherwise. They aren’t all over each other or anything.
    Before my current boyfriend I went on vacations with my best guy friend, we even shared the same room, different bedrooms, but I’m sure people could interpret that anyway they wanted to, just as could be the situation here. Who really cares anyway? If they are having fun, good for them!
