Chanel fan Mary-Kate Olsen and budding fashionista Blake Lively (who was accompanied by her co-star and rumored beau Penn Badgley) turned up for the annual Tribeca Film Festival dinner last night thrown by Chanel.
At the star-studded party, the Gossip Girl star shared her love of all things Chanel: “I love clothes. Chanel is it for me. It’s the top of the top. It’s so silly how happy Chanel makes me. I own way too much. People have to intervene in my life — my business manager, my publicist and my friends tell me I have to stop going to Chanel.”
Meanwhile, Mary-Kate sidestepped interviews (as always!!), preferring to stick to her friends.
Due to the steady, day-long downpour, the Chanel event was smaller this year, but still attracted some boldfaced names, including Zoe Kravitz, Liam Neeson, Christy Turlington and Ed Burns.

Bitch (Mary-Kate the troll) didn’t comment because she’s a fashion nightmare. And nobody in their right minds would listen to anything that freaky little bag lady had to say about Chanel, good or bad.
She owns a beautiful bolero style fur that looks great on her petite figure.
MK resembles a duck. Does she do her own makeup? If she does she should stop. If she doesn’t, she should fire her makeup artist and get a new one.
Mary Kate looks gorgeous. I think she has a really effortless beauty and while her style isn’t too everyone’s taste I love that its different and she’s not afraid to try new things and mix things up a little.
Stephi, are you blind, or just tasteless? How can you say she looks gorgeous? Her hair looks like it hasn’t been washed or combed in days, she’s got shiny skin, no lipcolor smudged raccoon eyeliner, she’s wearing a freaking NAVY blazer with a BLACK skirt and top, and no accessories.
Her look is effortless, all right. As in she puts NO EFFORT into getting dressed or made up. It kills me that she has so much money and walks around looking like an escapee from a mental institution. Although the insane would be truly angered by the comparison…
