CHERI OTERI’S FATHER MURDERED

Nashville police have arrested a country songwriter in the stabbing death of the father of Saturday Night Live alum Cheri Oteri.

Authorities today they had charged 61-year-old Richard William Fagan with criminal homicide in the Saturday night killing of 69-year-old Gaetano Thomas Oteri. They were apparently roommates.

Police say Cheri has been told of her father’s death.

    How awful is this? Sounds kind of strange though…her dad was sharing an apartment with some other dude who killed him? Will be interesting to see what actually happened. My thoughts go out to Cheri and her family in this sad time.
