Has Denzel Washington given up his day job to patrol traffic?
Nah — the Oscar-winning actor was merely sporting a reflective vest for his latest film, The Taking Of Pelham 123, filming in the streets of Manhattan yesterday.
In the 70s thriller remake, Denzel plays Zach “Z” Garber, a subway security chief opposite John Travolta and directed by Tony Scott.
We’d predict yet another Oscar win for Mr. Washington, but anything starring the increasingly washed-up Travolta pretty much diminshes that possibility.
