So Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt showed up at the White House Correspondents’ dinner after all!!
“Don’t believe everything you read,” said Miss Montag.
Page Six had reported that Spencer bowed the couple out of the star-studded event after he deemed it not “A-listy’ enough.”
Meanwhile, their Hills co-star Lauren Conrad was also on hand, and said she hadn’t been to Washington since an eighth-grade field trip.
Spencer and Heidi have big plans for their own reality show after their run on The Hills is over. “We love MTV,” Pratt said.
Other celebrity attendees included Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz, Rosario Dawson, The Jonas Brothers and Pamela Anderson, who joked: “I thought this was the ‘White Trash Correspondents’ Dinner.”

Heidi wore the same outfit to the white house that she wore to the launch of her clothing line at kitson 1 week ago even down to the same ugly blue bandage shoes!!! By the way, they make a ugly couple they look like brother and sister.

I’m impressed this couple comes out as republicans and so early in their careers, now that’s courage in fascist hollyweird. Many more should follow their lead and come out of the republican closet and trust me they are the silent majority.
These two are most defintely my least favourite couple. They think they are so much better than they actually are and nobody really could care less about them. His blonde facial hair and freaky smile freak me out even more than Heidi’s screwed up face.
I love Pete and Ashlee on the other hand, I think they are so natural and adorable together unlike Heidi and Spencer. Pete cleans up nicely and Ashlee looks very pretty.
I like their gutsiness, to hell with what people think.
