Janet Jackson was honoured by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation during the organisation’s 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards today Hollywood, CA.
Daytime diva Ellen DeGeneres presented the pop superstar with the night’s Vanguard Award.
The Feedback singer said, “I have received a number of awards throughout my career, but I am so proud to be receiving this from GLAAD. I thank them for this honour from the bottom of my heart.”
Other celebrity honourees and attendees included Portia de Rossi, Becki Newton, Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, Jimmy Kimmel, Sarah Silverman, and Tom Ford.

She needs an iron. She looks crumpled and this suit is just unflattering. What a strange choice of outfit…the candy striper shirt and handkerchief is weird as well.

Who does more for the gays than Kathy? Certainly a lot more than Jimmy Kimmel.
