Amy Winehouse has been arrested for assault.
The down-and-out soulstress appeared at a police station today (arriving two hours late, no less!) to answer questions relating to an “alleged incident” in the north London neighborhood of Camden on Wednesday - and wound up getting arrested.
Wino reportedly hit a man who got in her way while she was playing pool at a bar and then head-butted another who was trying to hail her a cab in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
She is currently in custody.

Headbutting and hitting men in pool bars…very class. Seriously I can’t really see past her personal life anymore. Everytime I hear one of her songs, as good as it may be, I just think about her bloody ballet shoes, screwed up teeth and bony, bruised body. Sometimes you can separate the artist from their tabloid life but not with Amy. I’m glad she’s been arrested. Maybe some jail time would be just what she needs to clean herself up.

This is the first Amy Winehouse story I’ve ever bothered to read bc until now she’s seemed like a really generic mess, but I have to give the girl snaps for the headbutt. Changing it up, that’s what I like. Those other fuck ups would do well to do the same, bc I’m sick of their predictable antics — clubs, sex tapes, coke, break ups — yawn.
