A freshly permed Lindsay Lohan was spotted doing some shopping at the American Rag in Hollywood today.
The actress has been changing her hair a lot lately. She’s gone from blonde to brunette to blonde and curly in only a few months! She’s lucky she has any hair left, but her hairdresser is probably loving it.
She gave her leggings a break today and opted for a skinny jean, high top, vintage tee combo that kind of brings out the 80’s vibe to her perm.
