Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson enjoy lunch at Joan’s on Third with friends on Tuesday.
As the happy couple drove away from their lunch date, Ronson donated to Jerry’s Kids before taking her lady love back home.
Later Lindsay was spotted heading over to the Renaissance Hotel for a business meeting.
Meanwhile, it appears La Lohan’s relationship with Miss Ronson is entering bosom buddies status. The celebrity DJ has “practically moved in” to the rehab-rebounding star’s pad in an attempt to keep Lindsay out of trouble.
Hmmm…..we’re not sure if Samantha is the most qualified person to keep Lindsay on the straight and narrow.

I think Lindsay should just cut her loses and either start doing porn or maybe become a call girl!!! There some good money in both industries.

lindsay is trash now. just look at her. there is zero movie star appeal about her. she has bad roots. bad skin. and she’s sucking back on a cigarette. it is just wild to me that she hasn’t realized yet what she’s tossed away. Why wouldn’t she sit inside the restaurant? Why does she have this desire to be seen? She needs psychological help.
Does she do anything other than go to Joan’s every single day? Does she have a family that she spends time with? Where is her mother? So many questions, so few answers.

Yeah I think Lindsay’s time as a celebrity is defiantely on its last legs. I don’t think there was anything ever really endearing about her personality it was just her crazy antics that kept her in the paper. Now that she seems to be settling down and turning into a lesbian and losing her looks at the same time, she’s just not as interesting. Everyone is over her. And Samantha Ronson as a good role model is just the biggest joke of the year!

I have yet to see anything at all about her actually being drunk; doped, etc.. Seems like everyone is just waiting (hoping) for something to happen and so far nothing has. We shall see how it plays out–seems to me that she is doing pretty good so far.
why must everyone assume Sam is bad for her? Lindsay is grown and made her own decisions. Just b/c Sam has been known to party doesn’t mean she can’t control herself… if she can and cares for Lindsay enough to stay away from the drugs for her sake, that doesn’t seem weird to me… I’ve seen it done with other couples where one had to stop what they could do every now and then to help the other who really had a problem.
