The typically cheery Hayden Panettiere was anything but when photogs caught up with the young starlet in the middle of a fight with her manic stage mom while on the Vancouver, BC set of I Love You, Beth Cooper today.
Her cozy parka and Uggs were no comfort for the 18-year-old actress and her former soap actress mom Lesley as they engaged in a Springer-style screaming match for the entire cast and crew to see.
And while her family life may be on a bit of a bender, it doesn’t seem like it’s getting any better for Hayden’s personal life. The Heroes hottie has spoken out for the first time on her romance with Milo Ventimiglia and their 12 year age difference. The 18-year-old actress says that she and Milo keep their relationship private as they constantly face negative reactions to their age difference.
Says H.Pan: “It’s nice to be in the same industry. You often get invited to the same things, which is handy! (But) there is no good thing about being a couple in Hollywood. People make their own opinions about everything, and they like to be very judgmental about things they know nothing about.â€

I get the feeling her mom is a real stage mom and pushes Hayden into doing things she doesn’t necessarily want to do. I think Hayden is a real cutie though and seems like a nice, genuine kind of girl. She is still young though and no doubt this is just a normal teenage fight with her mom. I think the comments about the age difference are a little stupid though. Yes there are a lot of years between them but none of us really know what they are like. Milo might be really immature and Hayden really mature….they might balance each other out. It’s nobody’s business but theirs.
