Instead, Beyoncé plans to spend her days scouting talent for new hubby Jay-Z’s upcoming label, The Carter Music Group. Beyoncé’s first protégé is rumored to be an R&B artist named Chelsea Thomas. Her reps couldn’t be reached for comment.
So, wait a minute — is this like when hubby Jay Z announced his retirement from the game? Right.

Thank the lord! No more crazed Deja-vu-like videos anymore…or her pathetic excuse for singing. I think she’s one of the most overrated chicks around. She has a few good lead singles written for her but the rest of her albums are absolute crap. And while she’s got the potential to look good she just goes so overboard and looks like she’s trying way too hard.
I agree with the comment about Jay Z’s retirement though. Beyonce probably thinks by retiring she will get more publicity and then be able to have a comeback tour and blah blah blah.

i agree with Bella you are so right. “Grimmer” not every one is ment to be skinny so what if she has thick thighs. a lot of black women do and it is ok if you are black or not. not everyone has to look like a runway model (i am not haten on models they just do not represent the true sizes of women. I plus size model in some magazines are average size in tje real world)
