Rebecca De Mornay was spotted leaving Ago restaurant last night with older actor .
The 48-year-old actress was red and flush in the face. Looking confused and even a bit scared, she had Harry take her home. Witnesses say that Rebecca (who was charged with a DUI only last December) drove herself to Ago and then drank half a bottle of wine and a martini during dinner.

Half a bottle of wine = 2 glasses and one martini at dinner hardly makes her an alcoholic. And she did the right thing by having someone else drive her home. Leave the woman alone.
