Mischa Barton may be getting off without any jail time for her December DUI arrest.
The actress reportedly plans to accept a plea deal that would spare jail, give her three years probation, a $1700 fine and drop a marijuana possession charge.
That oughta teach her. Maybe next time she will kill someone!

It’s just ridiculous how these DUIs are being treated. Not only is is against the law to drive under the influence but she also had drugs on her. I mean seriously…all she gets is a $1700 fine that she could pay with her pocket change? Money does not matter to these ladies, the court needs to take away something from them that matters so they won’t do it again. Take away her license for three years at least.

I think DUIs should be prosecuted as attempted murder. Basically its what it is. I’m only 21 and know 2 people from my town my age who have been killed thanks to someone drinking and driving. throw the book at these bitches and get them off the road for good.
