Doctors say people with fair skin and freckles are prime candidates for developing skin cancer in later years of life.
That being said, we seriously suggest that La Lohan cover up and start usings sunscreen. Her skin already is blotched and discolored, as seen here leaving Dianolina Boutique in Beverly Hills yesterday….and she’s only 21!!!

I don’t think she goes out in the sun all that much actually. There’s really no point in someone with her skin tone trying to get a tan naturally because she will just burn and freckle even more (if that’s possible!). Her tans always are very obviously fake. She does so much though that is going to age her. Late nights, drinking, smoking, drugs….everything bad for your health and wellbeing. She already looks like she could easily pass for 40.
