Jennifer Aniston chills out at the park while shooting a scene from the film Marley and Me in Miami, Florida today.
The 39-year-old actress, who recently launched her own film company, is set to wrap up shooting this sure-to-be box office smash by late Spring. Following that, Miss Aniston (or otherwise known as Miss Anastassakis) will rediscover her Greek heritage with a trip to the country this summer.
Jennifer is reported to be learning the language ahead of her planned holiday to the country, which is on her list of Things To Do Before I’m 40.
She insists she is proud of her Greek roots, as her heritage has helped keep her grounded despite her fame. Says Jen: “There’s a warmth to my family and to Greeks in general. I have friends from childhood who are still in my life today. All this keeps it real.”

Oh please she’s been saying that for years now, that she wants to learn a new language even when she was still with Brad, wants to keep in touch with her Greek roots, but never did even until now. She said again right after Brad dumped her, but never did learn a new language nor went to Greece, she repeated again in 2006 in her Harper’s interview, and still did not do it, and now its already 2008, and still talked about, enough of the talking just to do it!
The real Aniston is a lazy hedonistic person and not cultured! She likes to to go to Cabos, and Hawaii on her free time instead of of going to see her relatives in Greece, I dont think she has even been there since she was a small girl. Its not a surprise, she is not close to her family at all, she doesnt speak to her mom, and she doesnt spend holidays with her dad and his new family.
Even Angelina who is not Greek has been to Greece in recent years, because she filmed lara Croft there and Angelina who doesnt talk about learning a new language, has in fact, learned and is still learning French.
Aniston is a liar, just not true to herself, she likes saying things she doesnt mean or do, just so to make her boring life interesting. Funny but what she only did is try to make her look younger and prettier, after Brad dumped her for a younger and beautiful woman, as she subjected herself to plastic and cosmetic surgeries.

Greece seems like a nice place to visit. Ibiza is the party island for European younger people. A lot of normal Europeans go to Greece for holidays since it has such a rich history, laid back rustic lifestyle and nice weather. People are very tactile, and touchy feely, which is a bit unusual for city dwellers !

I can relate to Jen… I make all these plans with good intentions, and then things sort of get muddled along the way. Hell, according to my new year’s resolution (that was like… 4 years ago), I’m supposed to be fairly fluent in Italian by now ;o). And my French still sucks, and I never took that salsa class I promised I’d sign up for last summer. But hey, we’re all human.
I have to agree with anonymous here because I think Jen is such a hypocrite. I mean, why is she going to start another film company? She has more money than she needs and this just goes to show that it’s always been about her work. She seems like a selfish girl. Sure she didn’t have to have kids with Brad but when you’re married and one person still wants to work instead of going in the same direction as their partner, then I would have to say she got what she deserves. Who is she going to leave all her money to? Is she going to be one of those crazy ladies that leave it to her dog? Looks like it!

She doesn’t have to tell anyone anything cause you can only tell by her actions that she only thinks of herself! She had endless movies lined up along with her production company with Brad when they were together. If he’s saying in an interview that he wants to have a family one day and you’re off constantly apart and taking on new roles you’re only thinking of yourself! She also doesn’t do anything with all that money of hers. How many of these stars constantly give to charity and build awareness and yet you don’t see her doing anything worthy of her stardom. The girl has no depth to her characters she plays in these movies so what is the point? She’ll be a lonely, miserable person.
With Brad at least he can work towards something now! When you have children and more on the way, having your own company really becomes and incentive to not only want to better your life but more importantly the lives of your children. With Jen reaching her 40’s now what is she doing it all for?

I don’t have a problem with Jennifer actually. I think she seems like a pretty natural kind of woman and I really respect the way she handled herself with the whole Brad/Ange debacle. It can’t be easy for her to see her ex husband running around with his perfect little family.

IT WAS ALL A PUBLICITY IMAGE WITH NOT MUCH INSIDE. That was all. Jen was brought up with divorced parents. She hasn’t had a healthy nuclear family as a role model, that is why she displaces all her family energy into her FRIENDS. There is something missing inside her and she has spent the last few years figuring herself out until she is ready. She has a lot of happiness planned with a person who is perfectly matched, NOT a pretty boy, who is nice enough, just simply not quite right. Like two expensive shoes that don’t match. It’s like this : you can be with the most beautiful richest person in the world but if you find someone who is more in tune and better matched who you really love, then everything, the whole Universe works to make that perfect match. Like a lot of LA guys, Brad is good looking, but being good looking becomes a goal, and affectation and eventually a projected lie for publicity. That is why he found his heart in AJ : who enriches her life with humanitarians ventures. What Jen needs is substance, intelligence, artistic inclinations, wit and a heart. Her future is bright. Angelina needs to stay busy with an excessive amount of children that she doesn’t spend much time with, and humanitarian efforts to feel good about herself. If you can’t see that the children and the constant running around the world is to fill a void in her life, you need the therapy just as bad as she does. Jen face and body is filling out in a nice natural way since she quit smoking. Smoked nasty horrible cigs made her thinner. No she is looking younger, more womanly, more natural and more attractive IMO. Perfect.
People tend to forget that when the whore was running around with vials of blood, frenching her brother, using every drug know to man, and making a spectacle of herself, Jennifer was involved in humatitarian efforts.
