Mariah Carey is all smiles as she promotes her new album, E=MC², at the Shocase Club in Paris on Tuesday.
While she may be more than happy to pimp her latest CD, the mood was a little more grim when Mimi was in London. The multi-octave diva appeared to hang up on a BBC Radio 1 DJ after he mistakenly read out her sales figures incorrectly.
When he misquoted her album sales as 80 million instead of 165 million, Mariah said, “Is that the right quote? I don’t know. I have to ask someone I don’t know if that is accurate,” before promptly hanging up the phone.
