Megan Fox is all smiles as she arrives in Vancouver on Sunday with a pair of plump new lips!
It appears the sexy Transformers starlet had some collagen injections over the Easter weekend. After was made aware of the pressence of paparazzi, she quickly covered up her plumped up pucker à la Britney Spears.
Megan and her new lips are in town to shoot the horror comedy flick Jennifer’s Body. The film was written by Juno scribe Diablo Cody.

Why do they bother getting their lips done, then hiding them like that?

Shell, the swelling and bruising goes away after a few days, and it looks much more natural (speaking from experience here). I assume that is why they hide their mouths after they first get it done.
That chick has had so much work done she doesn’t even look like a shadow of what she once was a few years ago. So, yeah. Most likely, she’s had the lips done.
i wish she’d stop doing stuff to her face. she’s so beautiful (still), but at this rate her face will fall apart when she hits 30.
Am I the only one that doesn’t really think her lips look any different here? I think she’s a beautiful girl and so far I don’t think she’s had anything done that looks too obvious at all. She’s a bit trashy looking though, she should really try and fix that up before she becomes too well known.
