Last we saw Lindsay Lohan, she was boarding a private with gal pal Samantha Ronson at the Santa Monica Airport.
Now comes word that the attached-at-the-hip twosome are spending Easter with LiLo’s family in Long Island. Her 73-year-old grandfather is terminally ill with colon cancer and Lohan has cleared her calendar in Los Angeles, where she was working on a new album, so she can spend time with him.

It really doesn’t matter where she is as long as she’s taking a break from the media. I’ve been starting to care less and less about her lately…its just the same old thing with her. Drinking, smoking, running around in tights…she needed a break. It’s nice that she’s with her family as well, although they aren’t exactly the most stable of influences I don’t think. Sad about her grandpa though.
She’s got the ugliest body. It doesn’t help that this crack whore insists on wearing leggings which only highlight her tree-trunk thighs and shapeless waist.
