Ryan Phillippe’s relationship with Reese Witherspoon may be over, but he’s only got well wishes for the mother of his two children.
The Stop-Loss actor dropped by the New York City studio of Howard Stern’s radio show today and revealed that he still loves his ex-wife and is happy to know that she’s found love with new beau Jake Gyllenhaal.
The rest of their chat consisted of repeated denials of all the hookup rumours between Ryan and many of our favourite Hollywood starlets.
Here’s a little summary of what went down:
Ryan on Jake: “He’s a good dude…. I love her and I want her to happy, and it seems like she is.”Ryan on hooking up with Ashlee Simpson in March 2007: “Again, not true. I stood next to her at a place called Les Deux, a club in Los Angeles.â€
Ryan on hooking up with Britney Spears in May 2007: “Not true!”
Ryan on having sex with Jennifer Love Hewitt while shooting I Know What You Did Last Summer: “I did not have sex with [her]. It did occur to me. She was very young and her mother was there all the time… but I was in a hot tub with her when she was 18.”
Ryan on Lindsay Lohan wanting him: “Yeah”
Ryan on whether one-time costar Angelina Jolie is very sexual: “I would think so, yeah.”

so what if she’s older with kids?!her kids have a father who takes care of them and I dont think that he plays a big part in their lives anyways.and she’s actually more successful than him,or would you rather see him with someone like Lindsey?

Its commmon for younger men to be fascinated with an older women…heck I have gone through it myself. Believe me, he will not be sticking around for the long term. I bet Reese would even agree!!!!

I don’t have a problem with this guy at all. And him cheating on Reese is pure speculation. There really is no proof of that. They could have agreed on a separation long before they actually confirmed it to the press. I really like his honesty in all his interviews as well, this one included. Like most celebs he could have just denied everything but I beleive his answers to all these questions. It’s funny that Lindsay Lohan does want him hahah I get the feeling he thinks that’s pathetic.
Jake is not a downgrade at all. He is HOT. It was good to hear Ryan wishing Reese and Jake well. They should all be as mature as they can be in this situation. Especially for the children. Good for them if they can all find happiness.
