Barbara Walters loves the gays — who knew?!?
The broadcasting legend attended the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City today to accept an award for outstanding TV newsmagazine journalism for a 20/20 segment about transgendered children.
The annual awards pay tribute to those who offer a “fair, accurate and inclusive” representations of gay individuals in journalism, film, TV and theatre.
Other big winners included crooner Rufus Wainwright, soap opera As The World Turns, primetime hit Boston Legal and publication The New York Times who all garnered prizes in their respective but equally gay categories.
Award show attendees included Alan Cumming, Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Tim Gunn and the questionably heterosexual Mariska Hargitay.

Yah I really dont see Barbara as one pushing for the gays. To me she was just doing her job. Who knows really.

Mariska is beautiful, talented, good people, is wonderful husband and son, lives in a coverage of 7 million dollars, and also won a Golden Globe and an Emmy for. Nobody has it all away. Someone had to say something to tarnish its reputation. But there is no problem. It has thousands of worshippers “who know that all this is only spite and envy of people in mind sordid and unhealthy. Oh, forgot to say: Mariska is always being included, was again this year, the list of People of the most beautiful in the world.

As Mariska Hargitay is beautiful! This woman is like a ray of sunshine. His color, his eyes and his smile enchant any mortal.
