The Hollywood celebuspawn was seen yesterday in West Hollywood at Urth Cafe with an unidentified female companion.
Uniquely dressed in a t-shirt-cum-mini-dress and oversized sunglasses, Rumer smiled as she walked by photogs.
With two film projects all wrapped up (From Within and The House Bunny with Katharine McPhee), the fairweather actress was seemingly happy as she enjoyed a well deserved off season.
