Faux designer Lauren Conrad has managed to get her pseudo fashion line into L.A. Fashion Week, arguably the least respected style extravaganza in the world.
The curly-hair reality star was alll smiles as she presented her latest threads at the Smashbox Studios in Culver City.
Interestingly, Kristin Cavallari, a.k.a. L.C.’s Laguna Beach rival, sat front row at the lackluster show. Hmmmm….a pre-season premiere publicity stunt or has a reconcilation taken place?
As for whether Kristin will make a guest appearance on The Hills, Lauren simply says, ” No. Not that I know of.”

She kind of gets on my nerves. I used to really like her back on Laguna but the Hills has shown a whole other side of her. She seems to look for the worst in people and while she claims she’s being a good friend all the time she never seems to be very supportive of her friends. That being said I would much rather a million LCs than one Heidi or Spencer. Good for her for getting her label up and running.

Stephi it’s kinda hard to support your friends who are being mentally abused by their cheating boyfriends. I’d never support that either. She seems like a super sweet and nice girl with both feet solidly planted on the ground even though she is surrounded by so much drama and fake people who betray her. The collection was actually beautiful and much mroe than I expected.
Go Lauren, brush off the haters and keep trying to make a name for herself. At least she is putting her MTV money to elevate herself.
Thats whats great about America anyone can be whatever they want, Paris and Diddy are actors now, Michael Jackson is white, Heidi thinks shes a singer, and well Lauren is a designer now…. God Bless America!
