Jessica Simpson appeared via satellite from Kuwait this morning on the Today show, where she is performing the Operation MySpace concert for the troops.
Said the 27-year-old starlet: “I haven’t really gotten a lot of sleep! I’m enjoying all the troops and just having a blast! [I've] been signing autographs, done a couple rehearsals and [am] just trying to show my support as much as I can.”
It was clear that Jessica was very happy to be visiting the troops, but her delight did not compare to how happy the troops were to get a visit from Jessica.

Here’s a great patriot doing something nice for our troops, whereas hollywood doesn’t care because it’s not as “TRENDY” anymore.
haha, Patriot. more like, “Here’s a fallen star trying to rebrand herself so she can hawk a country album to the war-loving south.” please. you better believe that if she could drum up the same publicity and sympathy sticking to sleazy Maxim shoots she would.

Come on peeps everyone there is getting something. Give me a break!!!! This girl needs a bother crap is unwarrented. This is a great young girl. She has always been supportive & truly sincere in what
she does. Some people are just diown right ugly & they are the ones taht maybe should take up the cause
& also go to Kuwait for support rather than critisize. Put your off comments & see what you can do.
