Guess which New York City fashionista just snagged herself an upcoming cover of Vogue? Sarah Jessica Parker, of course!
Acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovitz whisked the Sex and the City actress away to a midtown Manhattan location today for a “secret” photo shoot.
The session appears to recreate the setting from SJP’s upcoming flick. The on-set accessories included oodles of Louis Vuitton luggage, fierce Balenciaga pumps and one certifiable hunk a.k.a. Mr. Big.

If only US Vogue was still relevant and managed to entertain people then I might give a shit. Its just lame and far inferior to the French and Japanese versions. Also, I’m sick of all the spoilers about SATC, SHUT UP!

I love SJP. Not everyone has to be conventionally pretty to make it in Hollywood. She’s aware of her flaws but she makes the most of them. She’s completely admirable. For those calling her horse, she’ll be on the cover of Vogue and you my friends?
i never understood why she didn’t lance off all those nassssssty moles and bumpy wart things on her face.
I love her! I think she’s fantastic for the cover of Vogue as she has fantastic style and she really knows how to dress and take chances with her clothing. Sure she’s not the prettiest girl around but that’s not what its about. She does her hair and makeup well and the CLOTHES are what Vogue is all about. I’m sure half the women reading Vogue don’t look like the women within the pages.
Vogue would sell alot more if they had the rest of the ladies in their cover
