It will launch at Kohl’s for back-to-school with new collections every 60 days!
And the cost? $24-48.
According to Avril, the best accessory to rock with her fashion forward digs is a flippant middle finger.

I agree Taylor. As soon as I saw it I thought…I bet this is at Kohl’s. I’m surprised she hadn’t done this sooner. I would kill my daughter if she came home wearing some of this shit. If she wants punk clothes I’d go and get her the read deal rather than some pop singer’s version of ‘punk’. Avril is just as fake as the rest of them.
