Joel Madden proves that chivalry is, in fact, still alive!
He and his babymama Nicole Richie were spotted leaving their house in Glendale today, and like a gentleman, Madden opened dainty Nicole’s door for her and helped her into their SUV.
Nicole, who gave birth less than two months ago to daughter Harlow Winter, is already back to her skinny self. She has talked about how she eats very bland food because she’s breast-feeding and apparently that took the baby weight off in record time!
Let’s hope she doesn’t lose anymore, she’s looking healthier than ever right now.

Of course she lost the baby weight fast… she’s young and in her 20’s. Her metabolism is still as fast as ever. That changes as you get older and the baby weight is harder and harder to take off.

I think he seems like a really nice guy, despite his tough looking exterior. He seems to have had a really positive effect on Nicole as well and she’s looking better than ever! I agree with you Shell that of course she will be losing the weight quickly seeing as she is still young and was skinny in the first place.

Fatherhood didn’t bring this out in him… he was already like this… way before fame.. and I truly believe he would have stayed with Nicole if she was as horrible as the media makes her out to be.
