The failed actress reportedly closed on her one-bedroom suite at the Palms Place in Sin City today.
An insider at the hotel tells PageSix.com that Jessica’s boyfriend, Tony Romo, “has not seen the unit yet.†In fact, our source reveals that “the purchase of the condo was initiated when Jessica was still married to ex-husband Nick Lachey,†but the Dukes of Hazzard star kept the condo in their 2005 divorce.Jessica’s new crash pad features 1,200 square feet of living space, hardwood and marble floors, 9-foot ceilings, multiple balconies, a living room with fireplace, plasma TVs and a king-size bed.
The cost of Ms. Simpson’s flashy home away from home? A smidgen over $600 000.

I WANNA GO!!!! If I had tons of money I would buy a spot in Vegas too for family and friends to go out there when they want and live it up! VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Palms Place is awesome! One of my boyfriends friends works for the Palms and actually lives here which comes in a lot of handy to us haha! It’s in a great position and the rooms are very modern, comfortable and stylish…if you’ve got the money to spend on them I feel that they are well worth it.
She Rides A Harley - Get over yourself. Does your place have marble and hardwood flooring? High end furniture and state of the art technology and luxuries you can’t even imagine? That is what makes a place expensive, not necessarily the square footage. Think.
Jeff Healy died yesterday. Blind, accomplished Jazz Guitarist, hit single “Angle Eyes”, appeared in “Roadhouse”, fought a lifelong battle with cancer etc. etc. I haven’t seen it mentioned on any site. Jessica Simpson buys an overpriced new condo and it gets covered. I guess Jeff wasn’t stupid enough or talentless enough to make the news.
Randi… I agree. Same thing happened when Bif Naked was diagnosed with breast cancer. Canadians can’t even make it on Canadian run blogs.
