A very skinny Nicky Hilton was spotted wobbling ino Villa Nightclub in West Hollywood last night.
The heiress was there to help Ashton Kutcher celebrate his 30th birthday.
Hopefully she got herself a heaping helping of birthday cake once inside because from the looks of it, she could REALLY use it!

That’s really creepy. I didn’t believe the first pictures were of her, but now I clearly see that they were. This is bad.

I think its a little bit judgemental to just assume she is on a drug binge or has an eating disorder. The facts are she is presently an unhealthy weight. None of know why and I think its kind of dangerous to make statements like that. She’s obviously not this skinny naturally as her body type has been bigger and healthier than this in the past. I hope she gets help with whatever problems she has and gets back to looking healthier again soon.

She is walking death! She has loast a ton of weight in the past few months and was very thin to start with. Hope those around her will get her some help, she obviously doesn’t see it as a problem as she is not covering up the most tale tale signs…
