It’s another day and another drama for Miss Britney Spears.
The latest? She was nearly evicted from her Malibu estate this month!!!
TMZ has seen documents sent to the official lessee for Brit — Love Shack Trust. The documents, dated February 14, states that Brit was more than two weeks late in paying her $35,000-a-month rent. A $2,100 late charged kicked in, which was not paid. The documents state that Love Shack must either pay up or “surrender and deliver up possession of said Premises…”
Interestingly, check out the last line in the documents, citing Section 594 of the Penal Code of California: “Every person who maliciously injures or destroys any real or personal property not his own…is guilty of vandalism.”
You know what that means, right? Cheetos stains everywhere!

that’s $420,000 per year! Why doesn’t she just BUY a home? As an added benefit, it might show a little more stability to the judge in the custody fight. I guess I always assumed major stars with major bank accounts just bought their homes…

That house in the picture is the malibu home she owned when she was with kevin she sold that!! she also owns a house in the summit in beverlyhills now but they are talking about a house in malibu she rent’s wich is not the one in the picture!! and apperntly the bills already been paid go to x17

Yeah I don’t think she owns this house anymore. She has the one in Malibu that she’s been photographed at a few times and then theres the one in the Summit where she spends most her time I think. I’m really surprised that she is paying rent on any of her properties, when she could obviously just afford to buy the house straight up. It would end up cheaper for her anyway right?
She does own the house - Media doesnt know what its talking about - I believe that their is a jealous sourpuss on staff.
