Following the success of the recent “Yes We Can” video, even more celebs have joined forces to stump for Barack Obama. From Jessica Alba to Ryan Philippe to Ugly Betty’s Eric Mabius, it seems everyone with a SAG card is suffering from Obama Fever.
As for fellow presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, she is still hoping that merit and accomplishment will be her ticket into the White House.

I’m sure Barack is a very nice guy but he is merely a suit…he doesn’t have what it takes to oversee the free world…I waited eight long years to vote for Hillary Clinton and dammit to hell I am firm in my belief that she is the best person for the job…

I AM SO SICK OF CELEBRITIES ENDORSING POLITICIANS!!! The only ” I endorse soandso” I wanna hear from are people with REAL experience in education, economics, healthcare and global relations. Celebrities should keep their mouth shut b/c they will say.. “I endorse Obama”.. but why? cuz he’s cool and has cool catch phrases???? Politics shouldn’t be a popularity contest.. people who vote should have to take a test to see if they even know what the fuck they are voting on and for!

Since when did speaking up about what/who you’re passionate about become a bad thing?? I think it’s great that celebrities are using their voices to stand up for who they believe in! Whether it be Barack or Hillary, I see absolutely nothing wrong with using the biggest voice you can to try and spread the word for what you feel is right.
When it comes down to it, everyone, Hillary supporters, Barack supporters, everyone’s supporters, all have the same goal in mind, to make America a better place. That right there is beautiful.

This is out of control. Somehow this political race has absolutely turned into a popularity contest. There are so many out there who follow celebs and imitate their behavior because their celebs (all I need to say is Oprah’s book club.) It is dissapointing to know that many will vote for Obama for these and other ridiculous reasons. Our country cannot be run by a man who does not have the credentials to run it. If he is in office we will be in HUGE trouble!!!!

We should judge a person by their actions and not their words. The fact that Obama choose Mr. Wright as his spiritual teacher for 20 years and included Mr. Wright in his election staff speaks well for Mr. Obama’s thinking and actions. Words are easy to manipulate and it is unlikely that Obama’s recent speech was written by Mr. Obama anyway. Mr. Obama has a powerful and power hungry staff including his wife that will do anything to get him elected to power. But clearly this man Mr. Obama is not to be trusted with the future of our great country. And regardless that he is ‘fashionably black’ and that many of you have some desire to prove to yourself or to others that you are not prejudice and that you like black people with an attitude of ‘See, I like black people, I voted for a black person.’ And whether you are black or white, such an attitude of voting for a person because of their race is the definition of prejudice.
I will vote for Obama because the celebs all like him. He is way cooler than McCain. Way to go bro!!!
