Nicky Hilton stops by the Christian Louboutin store for some red-hot shoe shopping in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
It looks like Nicky has hit new lows of skinniness — her legs seem to be wasting away!
Neither the mood’s on an up swing, which is common for people that forget to eat. Hopefully the pretty shoes will cheer up the lesser famous Hilton sister, and she’ll sit down for a nice post-shopping dinner!

**POINT** THIS is why I get pissed when you all call people who are NORMAL, “fat”.. b/c THIS happens all over america. Women are so quick to pic out any little flaw and call someone fat or whatever.. Oh my god this is really scary. I pray that this photo is photoshopped or its a funny angle, because if not Nicky looks like she needs some help. Whether its an eating disorder or not, those legs look frighteningly skinny. I knew she was losing weight lately but this is too far. Not hot.

Anorexia is a real mental illness, not something that “magazines do to women”. Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness. Where’s the compassion for people like this?
