John Stamos takes a early kayak trip in the waters of Hawaii on Thursday.
The early bird took to the water with a friend for over an hour, stopping from time to time to watch sea turtles and whales!
The ER star showed that at 44-years-old, you can still have a great body, but told photographers: “I need to get some of this fat off of me as I’m going back to work!” before making his way inside for some boxing training.
And we thought he was only joking when he said he was in the Aloha State to workout!

Oh god that belly button is out of control hahahah so funny. If he showed it on TV he has probably got a good sense of humor about it lol…im surprised I haven’t noticed this before. I guess that is why he was never shirtless on Full House…didn’t wanna scare the kiddies. I still think hes a hottie though and I love that he’s into sports.

John had a hernia in his belly button and the doctor did surgery and did not tie his navel cord closed and now he has another hernia in his belly button which makes it look like he has 2 belly buttons. If they do surgery again they will have to remove his belly button and he will no longer have a navel.
