The Heroes hottie was spotted apartment hunting with her mom Lesley in Beverly Hills today. The mother-and-daugther duo spent the entire day checking out various luxury two-bedroom condos all while taking advantage of the faltering real estate market. Strike while the iron is hot, girl!
After months of dating, the 18-year-old actress has only recently gone public with her relationship with hunky co-star Milo Ventimiglia – who just happens to be 12 years her senior.
Looks like Hayden wants to spread her wings!!

so overrated,,but the hollywood loves her because she is a wannabe globalist like jolie.
Love Hayden and I thinks it’s good that she’s looking for her own place. I moved out when I was 17 and it was great. She needs her privacy and independence.
I don’t think she’s overrated but she is overexposed on gossip sites. There doesn’t always need to be a post on gossip sites of her getting coffee, going to the gym, every single event she attends or even house shopping with her mom. She really doesn’t do crazy things like Britney or Paris for her to be posted so often.
I think its great if you can move out while you are young, but I don’t really see anything wrong with staying at home for a little while either. It’s different for everyone. I certainly wouldn’t have liked to move out by myself!! I wonder if Hayden’s going to have a roommate? I personally would get lonely and probably spend most of my nights out partying.
