Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly passed her GED high school equivalency exam and is looking to take the ACT college entrance test!!!!
The 16-year-old mum-to-be took the GED exam about a month ago, and scored particularly well on reading comprehension, says the family friend, who adds: “People don’t know her. When she gets something in her head, she’ll make it happen. Everybody is so supportive of her.”
First a teenage pregnancy and now aspirations for higher learning? What an ambitious little girl!

maybe she *will* go to college…whats wrong with that? I remember watching Britney on the Rosie O’Donnell show a long time ago when she was about Jamie Lynn’s age and she said she wanted to go to college…now THAT was a joke lol But I could actually see her doing it…
Am I the only optimist here?
No, I am optimistic for her too……they have enough money that JL doesn;t have to worry about supporting herself while going to college. Good for her, learn from your sister’s dumbass mistakes. Go to school.
pls:fuck off
Just got her GED and she’s going to take her ACT’s now, all this while preggers ??? Good luck with that ………..
Actually I think its pretty decent that she’s trying to continue to get an education. Lord knows her ‘acting’ career isn’t gonna be very stable right now. Far too many young girls who get pregnant end up dropping out and this is quite a good example of how to look forward to the future.
…………….Obviously it would have been better if she hadn’t been knocked up before she decided to apply for uni but hey this is the Spears family so people should just take what they can get with that bunch.
good for her. education is not a bad thing to add for someone who has most everything.
I agree with you PSL. I’m sure her mother, Casey or the nanny can look after her baby while she’s at classes or she might even be able to do it all from home. I think its great that she hasn’t given up on her future just because she’s pregnant. She’s in the financial situation where she is able to do that so why not?
People actually take the ACTs?
