Larry King asked Oscar host Jon Stewart last night on how rehearsals for Sunday’s big Academy Award sho are going:
JON: Not well.
LARRY: Not well?
JON: No. They’re — it’s going great. We’ve got four days, I guess — three days. Everybody is excited. We’re all — it’s a hive of activity.
LARRY: Could you go on tomorrow night?
JON: We’re putting up the Oscars, painting them gold.
LARRY: Could you go on tomorrow night?
LARRY: No, we could not. (LAUGHTER) My guess is we won’t be able to go on until about Sunday around 6:00, 6:30.
Whatever the case may be, be sure to tune into FYB’s live red carpet blogging the very moment the first star (likely Lisa Rinna) hits the red carpet on Sunday night!

nobody will watch they’ve become predictable irrelevant and offensive and the host isn’t even a comedian
the only thing funny is how irrevelant they are.
Yay. The most boring awards show of the year.
I’ll be watching Dexter, then maybe the Oscars in between commercials of reruns of Happy Days.
But I do like Jon Stewart… he’s funny as hell. Hope the show is a success for his sake
