Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, as well as Jamie Spears and his attorneys have all arrived in court to resume their neverending custody battle. Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon is expected to rule on a request from Trope & Trope to withdraw from the case as Britney’s attorneys.
One new player has shown up too: lawyer Stacy Phillips. She previously represented singer Bobby Brown in his divorce from Whitney Houston.
The buzz is she’s next in line to take on Britney as a client in her custody battle.
Stay tuned!

TMZ says KFed will let Brit see the kids IN HER HOUSE- NO driving, and as long as her parents are there to supervise.
If loony tunes ever gets her sanity back she needs to see a dermatologist. Her skin looks horrible.
I think KFed’s being pretty reasonable and generous. At least he’s agreeing that she be allowed to see her kids, which should help her situation.
If I was KFed I would never let her close to the kids…what for? Bad taste is contagious.
