The always trend conscious Mischa Barton offers photogs a quick pose as she departs from the Los Angeles Urban Outfitters store on Monday afternoon.

The OC actress, who is still dealing with DUI charges, did some light shopping and debuted to the world her new lengthy blonde weave.

To accent her laissez-faire hair was a very hippy whimsical blouse and 1970’s inspired high waisted distressed denim jeans.

Glad to see the young starlet smiling. Well, sorta.

    What’s up with Mischa Barton’s career? According to imdb.com, she’s completed seven movies in the last year and is currently filming another two. However, I’ve yet to see any trailers or ads for any of them. What’s the deal? Are these straight to DVD releases or what?

    I was born in 77 and all the pics of me as a baby my mom was dressed like her except my moms blouse was white.

    Her hair looks so fake. Yuck. She looks best IMO, when her hair is dark blonde with gold highlights through it., This makes her look pale and washed out.
    That, and she has no idea how to flatter her body in clothes.

    Yeah she was really pretty back on the OC, but the years since have not been kind to her. She’s packed on the pounds, hasn’t taken good care of her skin and hair and just doesn’t look anywhere near as hot as she used to. I can see the kind of look she’s going for her but it just doesn’t suit her.

    ^I don’t think she needs to necessarily lose wight either grannytranny (and god knows those pants are her biggest enemy!) but her body is very… um… mushy and… gushy… gross if you ask me. She definitely comes across as someone who doesn’t work out or take care of themselves (and living in LA where that is THE culture - there’s no excuse for looking the way she does). Meh, maybe she likes the 1975 soccer mom look.

    ^^ I think the word I was looking for was “toned” - lol (brain freeze). She desperately needs to tone those thighs, hips and that ass (well, her flabby arms too). She’s too young to be so mushy.

    She’s got a pretty weird body shape, skinny, but with wide hips. And those pants aren’t doing her any favours. The only excuse for wearing those pants is when they were in fashion…in the 70’s, as mymekay said.

    I think I’m going to go blind soon from the fugliness of those pants.

    I don’t mind the hair that much - although a slightly darker shade would suit her better.
