Looking sexy in silver, Mariah Carey works the camera while on the Los Angeles set of her new music video Touch My Body, directed by pal Brett Ratner and guest-starring 30 Rock funnyman Jack McBrayer.

Meanwhile, check out the new 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4000 square foot estate that the multi-octave songstress just purchased on Windermere Island in the Bahamas.

The cost of the songbird’s new nest? A cool $4.9 million!

    Wow. Nice house. Not huge, which is good… very comfortable and gorgeous. Great outdoor entertaining, which is what you want for a beach house.

    I would love to be able to have white furniture one day… but with kids around that’s impossible. See, this is why I’d never be able to live in Miami… I could never afford a place like this, and this is the only way to live!!!

    Woahhh!! LOVE this house!! Beautiful choice Mariah. This is exactly the kind of place I would choose if I had the chance to buy a place in the Bahamas. I gotta say though….I really don’t think she looks too sexy in silver.
