Hilary, again Nicky looks like her she’s from Baltimore and her name is Crystal. She has such a redneck look and no matter what she wears it can’t erase. it’s weird cause Paris looks so regal. Poor Nicky, she’s on Rumors or Fergie’s level as far as looks go.

I’m going to go against the grain and say Nicky. I think the dress looks stupidly short on Hilary and her legs look absolutely awful. I don’t really think it looks great on Nicky either, but at least she’s got a bit of a tan and doesn’t look so much like she forgot her pants.
