Matt Lauer hit up Late Night with Conan O’Brien last night, but the Today anchor had laryngitis and couldn’t talk, so the chat turned into a game of charades.
When Conan asked about co-anchor Meredith Vieira, Matt had to act out his funny response, including slapping Conan on the hand and pointing to his own rear.

Conan is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO funny…. I’ll be sorry when his writers come back, because he is much much funnier on his own.
