Expectant actress Jessica Alba shows off her growing baby bump but keeps her face well hidden while at Kinara Spa on Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The MILF-in-training follows in the footsteps of other hot Hollywood moms like Pam Anderson and Nicole Richie (meh) by sporting a sweat suit last night — and receiving some well-deserved pampering at on of L.A.’s trendiest spas.

Upon her departure, Jessica did her best to shield her face from cameras in true Alba fashion — but there was no hiding her growing fetal love humps.

    Oh there’s little miss whingey yet again. God why can’t she just be happy for once. She’s pregnant for goodness sake! Isn’t that meant to be a happy time of your life! Seriously she’s in the entertainment industry and she gets a normal amount of paprazzi attention. Nothing like the extremes that Britney, Paris, Lindsay etc get. She needs to accept that it comes with the industry, especially when you are expecting. It wouldn’t hurt her to smile once in a while and she would probably be a lot happier if she just rolled with it instead of getting all pissy about it.

    I don´t think she wished this baby at all… she´s not managing her pregnancy as good as people who really wish having a baby. Maybe she´s just worried about how much will change her body, but that´s the price of life, girl.
    Will this cause a trauma to her beloved son-daughter?
