The big screen beauties have just kicked off a whilrwind promo campaign to pimp their new dramatic release, The Other Boleyn Girl, slated to open February 29.
So, what brought these two talented actresses together in the first place? “I came to the project originally because Natalie was attached to it and I desperately wanted to work with her,” confessed Scar.Jo. “I’d been a fan for so long and how many opportunities do you have?â€
In response, Natalie gushed: “That’s why I was so excited to do it. It’s so rare to get to work with someone you admire so much and who is in your same age range. It’s such a great opportunity to get to see how this actress that you love works up close. I got to watch how she prepares and got to have her as a scene partner.â€
They may be bossom buddies in real life, but they play anything but in this highly anticipated page-turner-turned-big budget flick.

I must have missed something—I have seen Scarlett in a few films and I did not see any very good acting from her. In all the films I saw, her co-stars were excellent(ie-Bill Murray) as were the story lines and writing etc. but she was kind of dead pan and boring. SO, what flim did I miss that she was great in????
I agree with you Chelseah…I don’t get what her appeal is either. There are a million actresses out there with more sex appeal than her. It’s good though that her and Natalie are friends, I’m sure that made making the film so much easier.
One word. Breasts. If she didn’t have them, we wouldn’t be talking about her. In every movie she plays Scarlet Johansson, same expression, same bored demeanor, same monotone voice. She’s a horrible actress.
I think she’s great and interesting, and that has nothing to do with her breasts.
In this movie Scarlett is playing the “prettier sister”, Mary. WTF???? Since when and in whos twisted point of view is ScarHo prettier or anything-er than Ms. Natalie Portman??????? I’m thinking Anne Boleyn’s part must be more complex.. yes, that must be it… that is why Natalie is playing Anne b/c ScarHo can’t act.
