Check out your first sneak peek at Nicole Kidman’s upcoming Vogue photoshoot with photographer extradonaire Annie Leibovitz.
The session was shot west of Sydney on a paddock and appears to recreate the setting from her upcoming local epic Australia.
The 40-year-old actress/mum-to-be can be seen standing on a wooden pavilion looking over her shoulder at the camera with her back balanced against a rail.
Nicole dons an elegant long blue dress — typical of her character’s pre-WWII English aristocrat — with a long split in the middle that runs down her leg.
Around 50 workers including make-up artists, set builders and a behind-the-scenes film were seen working on the set.
The Baz Luhrmann-directed Australia co-stars fellow Aussie Hugh Jackman and is due out later this year.
Stay tuned for shots!

I’m sure she will look beautiful on the cover!!!
At least it looks like she’ll be fully clothed in these photos.
I am so sick of seeing her on the cover of Vogue EVERY f**king year, give us someone exciting and juicy, not just actresses!!!
I’d much rather see Nicole or Keira, Scarlett or even Mickey Mouse rather than the lame, emaciated, boyish-looking models than are on the runways these days!
Yawn! It is the same old stuff year after year!
Yawn! It is the same old stuff year after year! Daria or Stam deserve a Vogue cover before Nicole gets another one!
