Sure, Tom Cruise may be a crazed Scientology missionary, but that doesn’t mean that all Xenuphytes do as well!
In a new interview in People magazine, Leah Remini reveals that while she’s definitely committed to Scientology, she isn’t trying to convert BFF Jennifer Lopez — or anybody else for that matter.
“I read once that I was trying to get Jennifer to do Scientology because it helps with fertility. I don’t know what that’s about. That’s bull — that we’re sitting there at the Polo Lounge talking about fertility. I think Jennifer knows how to get pregnant,” joked Leah. “She’s a fabulous girl. I’m fabulous to hang out with. But it’s like, ‘What could these two have in common? She must be trying to convert her!’”
As for all that nuttiness about Scientologists and their obsession with aliens, Leah says we should focus our attention elsewhere — like her hairstylist who claims to have been abducted “a few times.”

I think she’s hilarious. I fell in love w/ her crazy ass on her VH1 special.
I think she’s got a really likeable quality about her even if she does seem a bit bitchy sometimes. She has every right to any religion that she chooses as does anyone else for a matter of fact and she shouldn’t be judged alongside other celebrities of the same religion. Her way of interpreting scientology into her everyday life may be a lot different to Tom’s, but really its not our place to judge that.
