Rocking a strappy tank dress, patent leather boots and oodles of punky jewelry, the 19-year-old superstar gladly blew kisses to fans and onlookers who gathered around to catch a mere glimpse.
Next up on Riri’s uber busy schedule? The star-studded Grammys followed by her 20th birthday on Febrary 20. Rumour has it she’s going out big, celebrating herself in New York City, L.A. and then Barbados.

I can’t believe she’s 19 either. She’s like Britney in the sense that she has had such a great career at such a young age. Hopefully the same thing won’t happen to Rhianna as it has to Brit, although I don’t think Rhianna is anywhere near as famous as Britney was back in the day. She looks great here but once again not a fan of the short hair and mixed with the kind of biker style, she just looks a bit too butch.
