I think I have to go with penelope on this one.She has much prettier skin and hair by FARRR..Scarlett looks ok when she is all made up but now that I see her without makeup,she looks sorta nasty and blotchy.

Penelope Cruz is gorgeous!! She has unique beauty and she’s down to earth, she’d be fun to hang out with!
Scarlett Johanson is average looking. And she’s not a very good actress either. She’s also very snobish, so I don’t like her too much.
